By accessing or using NLO Strategy (nlostrategy.com), operated by NLO Coding, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

NLO Strategy is an AI-powered marketing strategy consultant. The service conducts structured dialogues with users and generates personalized marketing strategy documents with up to 15 sections, including goals, brand DNA, audience analysis, media plans, and content calendars.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

• Free plan: AI consultation and 3-section strategy preview at no charge
• Paid plans: one-time or subscription payments processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime from Settings
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no strategy has been generated

• Strategies are generated by AI based on your input and may require manual review
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI-generated strategies
• You retain full ownership of strategies generated for your business

The NLO Strategy platform, its design, code, and branding are the property of NLO Coding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform. Strategies generated for your business belong to you.

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Reselling AI-generated content as a competing service
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction

NLO Strategy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NLO Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
